Apartment Rentals

All buildings are smoke-free facilities that provide subsidized rental housing for senior citizens age 62 and older in secure buildings with elevators. Without exception, a minimum age of 62 is a requirement for occupancy.  Tenants pay just 30% of their income for rent. All apartments are one-bedroom units that include both a kitchen with appliances and a full bathroom. Wheelchair accessible apartments are also available. Gas heat and hot water is included with the rent. Residents of the apartment complexes are able to utilize on-site amenities which include laundry facilities, a community room, and free off-street parking. Every building includes a secure entry, a security camera system, and on-site resident management.
